The EuroMillions jackpot is worth £22 million tonight having rolled over from Tuesday’s draw. On 28th February, the winning numbers were 01, 10, 17, 33 and 48, and the Lucky Stars were 02 and 03 and while no player took the £12 million jackpot there were several lucky winners who won big prizes
For starters, one UK lottery player won £1 million by matching the number CFZ093351 as the Millionaire Draw which is available free to all UK lottery players. In addition, five players won £136,737 each after matching five main numbers plus one Lucky Star as the second level prize.
There were an additional five players who won £45,579 each after matching five main numbers as the third tier prize.
Thirty five EuroMillions players match four mains and both lucky star numbers and won £3,256 each as the fourth level prize and in total, over 1.6 million prizes were given away.
According to EuroMillions Statistics the most overdue numbers are 35, 32, 18, 37 and 23 and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 09 and 05. This isn’t a guarantee that these numbers will show, however, it could be your lucky number.
Players can play EuroMillions online or buy tickets at their local land based retailer however the advantage of purchasing tickets online is that players receive a notification when they win thus avoiding missing out on a win.
When a EuroMillions prize is won, it has to be claimed within 180 days or it gets donated to Good Causes. In the month of March a EuroMillions prize of nearly £100,000 will be donated to Good Causes if it remains unclaimed by 25th March. This ticket was on the 27th of September as a second tier prize with the winning numbers 18, 27, 28, 35, 40 and Lucky Stars 3 and 5.
