National Lottery seeks EuroMillions winners
EuroMillions lottery officials have announced that a Millionaire Raffle that was won on 23rd December as part of the Millionaire Month promo remains unclaimed. The ticket was purchased in Wales in the Cardiff area with the winning number FXV864819 and the winner has till June 20th to claim it before it is goes for Good Causes.
The Christmas EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle draw was the grand finale of Millionaires Month which had a total of 50 players win £1 million each between 25th November and Christmas and according to Camelot, forty four winners have come forward to claim their prizes.
A spokesperson for the UK National Lottery said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life as they start 2012.”
“Being able to guarantee two UK millionaires every week with Millionaire Raffle, plus 25 from the draw on 23 December is fantastic and we’re urging everyone to check their old EuroMillions tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding so that this prize can turn someone into the newest member of the lottery millionaire club.
The spokesman urged all UK lottery players to check their pockets, wallets, bags and even down the back of the sofa to find missing tickets. “We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win,” he said.
In the meanwhile, tonight, one lucky Euro Million lottery player could walk away with a massive jackpot of £60 million which is a rollover from Tuesday’s lottery. The first rollover in 2012 has already rolled over five times.
